If you are suggesting that if Christianity and Islam never existed that there would be more peace in the world, one can only imagine. The problem with how those two religions are expressing violence in the world is not due to the founders, but rather to the violent use of their stories by those that followed them later in time. Those that would hijack these faiths for their own violent agendas either don't care about, or certainly don't understand the original intent of the creators of the original visions. Those who would carry out their violence on the world in the name of religion, would do the same under any other name as well. Those who would pit one against the other need to be exposed, no matter how they disguise themselves in religious clothing, or hide behind their churches. A truly religious life is about the unification of one's self with all life, which is living peace.

No. The world might be better off without Mohammed, but we would be lost without Jesus. The world will never be peaceful, our only hope is in Jesus.
"John 3:16 For God so loved the World that He gave His only Son, so that whoever may beleive in him should have eternal life."
Our only hope for peace is when Jesus makes a new heavens and a new earth. Until then, whatever evil may be around us, God will be with us if we trust in him. Remember, salvation comes by grace through faith. We are his chosen people.

No way!!!
Prophet Jesus and Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) were both sent at times when the people of this world were sinning and were lost.
The reason that there is a little bit of sanity is because of these two great personalities who worked hard to make this world a better place.

No, if the FOLLOWERS of Muhammad and Jesus actually followed the teachings of these 2 prophets of God, the world would be a better place to live. People need to concentrate on their similarities instead of their differences.

No. Jesus and Mohammed are not the ones causing all the problems. There will always be people who want to fight, they'll find any excuse, any outlet, hide behind religion, politics...get the picture???

...the (buried/lost) message of Jesus is the overcoming of death.. religion or faith is not the problem, it's flawed human nature, which includes all groups, races, etc.. The blame game is nothing but a dangerous smokescreen, and may actually be the very thing you are criticizing.. and the root of most war.. hatred.. prejudisms..

the problem is NOT the difference in prophets....it's the difference in culture and language and misunderstandings because of both that causes the confusion and makes it not peaceful.

no because it's satan who is the problem not the prophets may peace and blessings be upon them.
satan is the source of evil and as long as he's around no one will be at peace. if you didn't fight for religion you'd fight for land, money, women, power, etc. look at history. it's not all about religion. satan finds ways for you to fight.
do you fight with your family because of Prophets or religion? no you don't. you fight for the tube of toothpaste, coffee, milk, etc. so no there's no peace ever as long as satan is around. don't blame evil on blessed men. blame it on the one who has vowed to drag you into hell..his name...once again is satan.

Jesus taught love and compassion. Without His birth and death, many would still treat others with hatred and anger. I am a better person because I know that Jesus expects me to love others.
