I would no thought about it. This is my country and I will be damned before anyone "CONVERTS ME". I wouldn't be a suicide bomber I would just be a regular bomber. lol

Well w/ the exception of all of the hollow bravado that one hears from all of the party line lemmings, everyone else would. Why not round up every simplton who voted "w" in twice and ship them to Iraq indefinately. Or better yet start a draft lottery that starts w/ a demographic over 100K a yr. and see how fast your little excercise in the desert comes to a halt. We are producing more hatred directed at this republic everyday just by being in the one place where the sectarian violence outnumbers actual terrorism 100 to 1.

not an American but live here and am married to serving military and have son in USAF and I for one would be standing alongside, but then again my brothers and sisters are already doing that for you in Iraq, so why would it be any different on the home soil.....
Those that did NOT take up arms and fight should be shipped out of the country PERIOD
JUST AN EXTRA THOUGHT, I saw today at a military base a guy wearing a T.shirt that said "American by birth Puerto Rican at Heart" anyone else as sickened as I was....... like I said am not even american but could have gladly slapped him HARD

All bipartisan rhetoric aside, I think if a fight erupted on American soil, there would be some serious a## whoopin' coming from the American people. The spirit is still here alive and kicking.

My son, a US Marine deploying to Iraq this month. He may be only one person to the world... but he's the world to me and no amount of faith that I have is enough to overcome a mother's protective instincts. He's a patriot... and I'm scared.

Do you know why Japan never invaded the US? Captured documents showed that they had plans to, but were afraid because of how many civilians owned guns here. We'd make the Iraqi insurgents look like a bunch of protesters waving signs.
However, terrorists don't fight en masse. You wouldn't know who to fight; they'd be dead from suicide bombings before you knew who to shoot at.

I am a patriot. One of many. If anyone attacks us here, it would be suicide whether-or-not they intended it that way. 99% of Americans would stand up and fight. The other 1% need not stay.

We will see with the November elections. Start by making your stand at the polls. The left doesn't think there is a terrorist threat. They are too busy writing the "terrorist bill of rights".

Terrosrists DID attack us on our soil, and other than the initial knee jerk jumpers, the number of new recruits has dropped sharply. That should answer you question.
Patriotism isn't red, white, and blue. It's black, brown, and green.
