Contrary to the previous answer... the Navy NO LONGER WEARS bell bottom dungarees... The work uniform is "Utilities" which is denim pants (like levis) and a blue short sleeve button down shirt. Also, at sea, they wear coveralls. Here are the Navy's uniform links for these two:

For enlisted its the Dungaree Working uniform:
Steel Toe Black boots (Boondockers)
Bell bottom Denim Jeans
Blue Button Down Collared Shirt.
White Dixie Cup hat or more often Command Ball-cap

For Officers and Chief Petty Officers its Khakis

go to this site and look up for Officer or enlisted, male or female and follow the links to the working uniforms

This depends on your job. Most lower enlisted wear the dungaree blue denim pants and shirt. If you work in an office or administrative position, you might wear your working blues or whites every day. I worked on aircraft, so usually I wore blue coveralls, and underneath them, a white tee shirt and boots.

In the army they call it fatigues, no idea if the navy uses a different name.
