Difficult question..but I am a history major and religion major as well. So I will try and help you as best I can. The logical answer would be more likely yes. Of couse he would perfer bathed. And back then they also had allot of trouble with lice, head lice and pubic lice. So, yes even shaved in those places as well. That is why in pictures you see the pharoh's wearing wigs and all. They are bald underneath. Hope this answer's your question.

I'd prefer to be bathed and shaved and clean regardless of what Moses finds pleasing. Clean is good :)
