I don't know how old you are but you could be just growing and your body will eat up all you give it in the growth cycle. Also being a women, and having your cycle will also use up alot of your energy and also how active are you? Do you find yourself twiching your fingers or just moving alot? Don't worry just eat well and get enough of the right food's and you'll be fine. Plus get plenty of sleep and don't just run around all the time or stay up late watching TV or blobing on the internet.

Indigestion.. you are not digesting the food properly. The nutrients that are supposed to be absorbed by the body..instead is excreted out. It can also be that you are eating the right kind of food and the right amount. If you don't have the appetite to eat, you can try taking vitamins or food supplements.God bless!

there is lots of causes could be diet if not stress , burning stomach, or doing gouging or effort more than gaining energy by food , if none i think you need medical check up
