My mom is really sick and its because of where we live. And we dont have the funds to buy a new home and we also have black mold every where

You probably should go to the county Health Department and ask them to come out and do a study regarding the black mold. It is very dangerous. If you are renting, they would make the landlord get rid of it. The Health Department may be able to get you moved to another location and would know about local assistance programs that could help.

If you rent you need to get the landlord to remove the mold. You can use a bleach and water solution as well to get rid of the mold. It is very dangerous. You can have respiratory problems including asthma flareups. You need to get this checked out asap.

mold is one of the deadliest fungi's you must get out. Their are organizations that can help like the salvation army. Try talking with your towns health department.
