I have talk to the mother, she says is I'll talk to her.I told her mother if this don't stop ,i can't babysit anymore.The girl is an angel , when her dad is around, I wish he could see her behaviour.
How can i let him know about her behavior,?

Telling Dad won't fix the problem ...you'll make it a "Wait till your father gets home" mess.....Set strict rules for her.... give praise & a special reward for good (cookie ...etc) When she breaks the rules try the tough love approach ...if she won't come around ..... set up a time with the mother to bring her buy on the guise of your baby sitting and comfront her at the door saying your not welcome here because of your behaviour. Inform the father but don't make him the enforcer (bad guy).
Have you ever seen the " Super Nanny" shows .... good stuff !!

just tell him, kids always act different for their moms, always better for their dads. Treat this seven year old girl like she is your own when u are babysitting, put her in time out, make her clean up mess or she doesnt play with anything else, etc,,,,, stick to the same rules and routine she will learn to be better behaved

most kids act correct around their dad.but the child probably juss needs some discipline
