whell this week i asked a man out and he rejected me he said no

it happens allllll the time. maybe hes even dating someone else, or had his eye on someone else for a while. guys..girls..lesbians..gays..get rejected ALL the time. its nothing new.
what doesn't kill you, only makes you stronger.

LoveTrain, how well does this guy know you? If a complete stranger calls you depressed .... first you gotta do the self evaluation !! If ya feel fine, a loved one says your fine and a friend say your fine......Then remember F-I-N-E = Friggin, insecure, neurotic & emotional is not a good state.
He may have been a nut job himself mearly casting doubt as he skipped along the side walk .... Never take advise or critisim from a skipping man on the sidewalk.

First, call every guy you rejected and tell them you understand. Second, remember how this made you feel and keep that feeling the next time a guy asks you out that you would have rejected. Third, accept the rejection and then move on.
