The pimples are so big and painful that they feel like they are avout to explode anyway. (Afterwards, would it be okay to clean it with hydrogen peroxide?)

i found squeezing from the bottom upwards is the best way. then yes clean out with some peroxide on a Q-tip. that kills all the bacteria that can cause other pimples to form around it. then i found powdering up with some medicated baby power helps dry them up. they should heal faster and keep from alot of them reforming.

Hey if you have money, you can do anything you want!! If I were rich, I'd make a really huge needle out of platinum, make a diamond camel, and get it through the needle. God probably meant that rich people have the money to make a really big needle when he said that you need to do that to get into heaven!

No... do not poke with a needle you could cause a spread of bacteria and end up with a severe infection. Picking at pimples can make them worse and spread. You need to go to a Dermatologist and get some creams plus antibiotics to clear up your face. There are different types of acne and causes of acne.

ok well there's many things you can do, just w.e you do, don't pop ur zits when they are not white, then you'll just get more zits. wash your face every night and if the acne really bad get like proactive or something. Also you don't need a needle to get the gunk out (pus) just use your nail (finger) and if you would scrub it with hydrogen perioxide, i'd scrub it and not pop the zit otherwise u'll be putting hydrogen perioxide on an open cut basically. So just scrub the tar out of the zit with hydrogen perioxide. It hurt like heck, but it'll go away very quickly...well hope it all goes away!!! G*O*O*D L*U*C*K!!!

NO NO NO! You will cause scarring. You need to see a dermatologist and get put on an antibiotic right away. Acne is actually a skin infection, to clear it up you need to kill the bacterial that causes it, hence the antibiotic. Using a needle will release the pus but spread the bacteria. It's frustrating to have to be seen with pustules on your face. Right now, scrub your face with a mild soap like Dove twice a day. Do a hot scrub, a rinse, followed by a cold rinse. The hot scrub opens the pores and gets rid of the bacteria and pus. The cold rinse closes the pores tightly to prevent further trouble.

As for hydrogen peroxide, it won't hurt. As soon as it touches your skin and bubbles. it turns into oxygen and water on your skin. It will do a more physical cleaning, but be careful not to dry your skin out too much.

Hope Your acne gets under control soon.

My dermatologist recommended I wash my face with this.

It is what surgeons use to scrub with before surgery, worked great and a bottle lasts forever and a day.

I struggled with acne for years and I finally found the solution that works for me. We have been fooled, tricked, deceived, and just plain lied to. It's time that someone put a stop to it, and everyone learn the truth!

Those of us who suffer from acne have usually been given 2 choices and neither of them work:

1. Over the counter remedies such as cleansers, creams, ointments, etc. These things have been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.

2. Go see a doctor and or dermatologist. They will generally prescribe prescription drugs which include topicals and or antibiotics. This, too, has been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.

I found a step-by-step program that cured my acne and it has never come back. It is amazing and doesn’t use any drugs or doctors. The truth is that acne can be cured…if we know the secret the doctors and drug companies don’t want us to know.

There is a great website: http://cure-my-acne.info/3daycure/ that has all the details. I really suggest you check it out and see if it works as well for you as it did for me.
