Yes, I would have to say it would be hard for me to be nice to her after a thing like that. I may even be tempted to bite her back.
And if this is payback for something that happened years ago I think your sister may have a problem with holding a grudge.

In 10 years you should stab her with a knife and say, "This is revenge for biting me 10 years ago! HA HA!" Seriously, it's not that big of a deal. I can't believe I used to do stuff like this with my sibling. Worry about more important things. Yes it's hard to be nice, but you should be nice to her anyways because it'll teach you to have a good attitude and patience around terrible ppl. My mother is a very violent woman, but I have learned to remain calm and speak to her politely. My dad and friends have noticed my good attitude and commend me for it. Being nicer to your sister will benefit you in the future because it'll teach you to have a good attitude AND it'll make your sister mad that you're not acting mad. Think of it this way, if you slapped your sister and she just smiled in return, wouldn't that confuse you? Wouldn't it make you angry? Because when you hit someone, you do it to make them angry. However, when the abused person responds with a smile, it will only confuse the abuser.

Sounds like your typical sibling rivalry. Things will get better over time, but I expect (with questions like this) that you two will have a few more ups and downs before you straighten things out in adulthood.

Oh, and as for an actual answer to the question... yes it would be hard for me to be nice after she bit my hand, but I would get over it. Make sure you wash that hand really well! Lots of germs in the average human mouth!!

I'm not sure...it depends on how old she is and her mental capacity. Personally, I would have slapped the sh*t out of her to make sure she'd never do it again.
