i am moving into a aparments that will only alow pets up to 30 pounds what dog do you think i should , but it has to be good with kids and has to be cute. what do you think???

For apartment living I would recommend one of the low shedding breeds these dogs are considered good for allergy sufferers and tend to not shed as much, I tried to remove the ones that I know are over 30 lbs (I may have missed some though):

the best dog i ever had for kids and 30 lbs and under was a sheltie, they are wonderful, loves kids and are just the cutest animal you will ever have. Smart and protective. And guess what, they dont shed!!!. You will love them
then you could have a auzzie sheltie, however, they are good with kids, but when they get older they are not so good, so prehaps, if you want for yourself and company, they are really affectate and loveable. The kids would love e m too....but I would go with sheltie.

I have a small breed dog. He's a shitzu mixed with King Charles Cava. Awww.. They're adorable. Shitzu are great and with children. Mostly they're under 12 pounds. They are expensive but they're worth it.

Depends on the age of the children, I would not have a dog for children under at least 8 years, they are too cruel to them, and do not understand them, unless the child has been bought up with dogs,You can't go past a WHIPPET for gentleness,but must have a run and plenty of walkies!!BUT LOVE TO GET INTO TO BED WITH YOU ~!!!!!!!

A good small dog that is hardy, comical and great are dachshunds, but they are a bit loud. Do some research and you'll find the dog of your dreams.

Terriers r a good choice, I have one n his already three months n he is so small, he is really playfull with kids, n u can find them in many types, like, mine looks like a teddy bear.

hardly any small breed dog is good with children.it is a sort of survival tehnique nature gave them due to the fact they are seriously injured extremely easy
