Well lets see your dog bit the neighbors cat and rat and all the livestock in the hood, I mean maybe you should put the dog to sleep well actually the city will mandate that. They say that dogs resemble their owner, so maybe you should take a look at your behavior first. Poor dog!

you are very irrasponsible and should not own a dog ,and yes it is your fault for letting that dog run free.wolves are nature they run free, not dogs.if he is rabid, you the owner should have him put down.
