As most educated martial artists know- without a clavicle ... primates cannot lift an arm ... So evidently it is rigged into our essential structure of "hand and eye coordination."

so that "tiger claws" style Kung Fu has a good way to incapacitate an arm...

ex. you hook your fingertips under the collarbone and stiffen them, then pull down in a sharp abrupt motion.

if successful this will dislodge the collar bone and cause great strain on the muscles that connect to it and the upper arm effectively incapacitating the arm.

There are 2 reasons:
1. Evolution - which you must have heard about.

2. Creationism - GOD made us.

I have my theory, but I'm not anyone. It's a combination, GOD gave us free will - so for those that do not believe in GOD - GOD gave enough evidence for them to be comfortable, while they live here. (GOD has no reason to use force for us to believe in him, and live as he wants.)
GOD made us so similar to the animals he made earlier, for HIS plan - NOT A HUMAN PLAN.
Hope you can find a reason you are comfortable with, later.

I thought you answered that question in your first statement: we are apes. Apes with different skills and adaptive abilities but apes nevertheless.
