You want to see pictures of naval piercing infections?? I tried looking it up under images on google and yahoo and couldnt find any. If you want to know fif you have one, trust me you will know, it will be red and inflamed and hurt like hell. If you do have one take your piercing out and keep it clean with warm soap and water and let it heal. Try piercing you belly button again once it heals
