Repeating a phrase over and over is not unlike when we chastise a child with phrases like "NO NO NO". Therefore the way a Mantra can give you heaven is because you'll eventually believe what you are saying and find the deeper meaning in it even if it doesn't mean as much now. Once it becomes a part of you then you are LIVING IT and you ARE it and then you are ready and worthy of being in the presence of God.
