Get pulled over. If the cop doesn't arrest you for driving on a suspended license, then you're okay.
Seriously. . .
Go on the DMV website for your state. I am sure there is some info or a place to contact to find out. But usually they send you a letter stating that you are on a suspension. Check if you are unsure. If you desire, call the local police dept. They will either be able to give you the info or tell you how to check.

Two ways. First call Motor vehicle and ask. Second, see if there are any strings holding it up from the ceiling.

you have gotten enough tickets to max your points,
you have gotten a letter telling you they are suspended,
Short of that you will have to go into the DMV or local police station and have them check

Usually its not hard , the Judge tells you, if you can't understand english an interpretor can be provided.
