i was in skool & I left class to go to the washroom. well, this boy (who is very unattractive) who is in my study hall was walking down the hall. he asked me if i was a freshman and i was like "no, i'm a junior, wat r u?" he's a SOPHOMORE! so i'm about to go into the washroom when he asks me 2 b his girlfriend and i said i'd think about it-I dont want 2 go out with him!
so later today in study hall he asked me for my number, but since i dont want him calling me, i told him to give me his instead. i want 2 make it easy by calling him this weekend and telling him i dont wanna go out with him because i dont go out with boys younger than me. but how do I do it? I DONT KNOW HIS NAME!!! and i dont want 2 sound rude by saying "i dont wanna go out with u. by the way, wat's your name?"

(if ur reading this-u kno who u r-please dont b mad at me)

Ok, it takes more then asking someone to be your girlfriend to be in a relationship.. I thought guys got over that "I think your pretty be my girlfriend" stage in middle school. ANYWAY, you need to be honest with him and just tell him that you don't know him and you need to know someone to be in a relationship with them. I don't think it should matter that he is younger then you, ( I remember high school and I understand that the "classes" mean everything but when you are out of school you are not going to care if someone was a junior or not... trust me!) what should matter is if he is a good person or not and since you don't even know his name, you don't know this about him. Just be honest with him, that's the best thing I can tell you to do.

how should explain to him that you don't feel the same way about him and that it would be hard keeping in touch with him since he is younger. trust me, i'm a freshman, and this 6th grader asked me out. i told him no and he took it fine. this guy should let it go, and if he doesn't....i just hope he doesn't stalk you. well hope this helps a little.

If he asked you to be his girlfriend (literally) then he's not ready for a relationship and it's just a train wreck waiting to happen. Something else is pressuring him to act this way. Just tell him you're not interested in dating anyone right now.

That is very shallow of you to judge a person on their degree of attractiveness.

Tell him straight 'sorry, but i'm not going to go out with you.'

if you don't even know him, then it's not logical!

just tell him that you dont know him and you would feel uncomfortble going out with him. to make it better try haning out with him and a group friends instead.

Why would you ever date someone you didn't know?

Tell him you'd like to get to know hum before you date, maybe you'll end up liking him, who knows.

just get to know him, and then later on just say nah i think we are better being friends, or study partners or something to get out of it.

Don't be rude and ask him to be a good friend instead.
