Call your dentist and let them know that you are having some discomfort. You may have a tall filling and it needs to be smoothed down or if one of your cavities was very large and effected the nerve of the tooth, you may need a root canal. It could be a number of other things, so call your dentist & have him look at it.

You could either have decay under the filling - or a cracked tooth. I've had both cases and ended up with a crown - but my tooth felt MUCH better after. Go see the Dentist.

Any time a tooth is drilled on, there is some irritation on the nerves. If there is a deep cavity ( close to the nerve) you may have alot of pain and possibly need a root canal. Please call your Dentist and make him aware of your symptoms.

sounds to me like the fillings missed a spot and you have exposed tooth that is sensitive. I would go back to the Dr for a follow up visit, tell them you believe it is from the fillings last week and you do not wish to pay for the consultation (unless you have insurance, in which it's no big deal). Be flexible with them, but if you have a good office, they will be concerned and want to help.

It could be an irritated nerve, but it could be a problem with one of the fillings. Call the dentist and have him (or her) check it. You should not be charged for this either.

Ouch! Immediately return to your dentist. You may have an infection, or if not available, local ER.. I couldn't fathom the pain threshold you must have to be able to ask yahoo for this ..
