BP may not be the right acne medication for you. For most people, Salicylic Acid works much better (preferably one with Triclosan in it, it kills 99% of all bacteria in less than a minute).
If you don't wash your face every night (which can happen to anyone after a late night out), get in the habit of changing your pillowcase everyday. I bought a lot of inexpensive pillowcases from Target, and since I'm always tired at night I have gotten into the habit of taking off my old pillowcase and putiing on a fresh one every morning. It takes less than a minute and this way I always go to bed witha fresh pillowcase.
hth! :)

NO Benzyol Peroxide!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Why are people so hell bent on plastering themselves with chemicals, or cramming them down their throats?
No, it won't "do anything" because your body was never designed to make use of chemicals and synthetics. Find a natural product ................. better still, find mine!
There is a scientifically validated natural process which is having remarkable results in all areas. Will it work for you? I don't know - it is not a self-proclaimed miracle cure, it is based on four times Nobel Prize winning science and is nothing short of remarkable. It works, simple as that.
If you are interested in trying it, or just want some more information, let me know.
Take Care!

I use 5%, it works on me. It depends on how well your skin will react to it. If you are using high concentration and still no effct then it is about time you switch to another option.Ask a dermatologist. The use of BP is not advisable to everyone so if you observed that nothing is happening..the BP may even aggravate the case. It is only used to dry up the pimples and prevent it from future scarring.Hope this helps. God bless!

they say 2.5% is the best because the other can cause dryness and irritation. i used 10% it didnt do anything either, so i switched to tea tree oil soap, its like benzoyl peroxide but milder. you can you salicylic acid too, but it isnt that strong..
