Do any of you know how a 15 yr old girl can play out her sexual fantasies with out messing up my no sex before marraige rule? I just want to know what I can do to help with those sucky sex drives!

you can't have both - ditch the fantasies or ditch the rule - I suggest ditching the fantasies -

or

date your middle finger
