I have nice breasts. They used to be fantastic, but I didn't take care while nursing my second baby.
Here are my suggestions.....
be lucky enough to have genetics on your side.
Wear a 'grandma type' supportive bra whenever you can opt out of the 'sexy' bras.
When you sleep, don't crush your breasts under you. If you must sleep on your tummy, at least nestle a pillow under your chest so there is a space for your breasts to lay without getting crushed. Also, scootch yourself down the bed toward your feet, so your breast are pushed a little upward while you sleep.
When you have a baby, on the third day of motherhood, your milk will come in. Your breast will look like torpedoes. It is rather impressive, but this stretches the skin, even causing stretch marks. I know it is only ONE DAY, but it is enough to make a permanent change in the shape of your breast. Be sure to drain your breasts on this day. Let the baby nurse, and drain the rest with a pump, or a warm shower, or manually. They will engorge from time to time, but never the same way as on the third day. I took care with my first baby, and my breasts retained their youth. My second, I got lazy, and my breasts aged overnight. I very much regret that. They are still nice, just not the work of art like they used to be.
Push-ups won't help your breasts, but well defined pectorals sure help with their presentation. Like the same steak, but on fine china instead of in a styro-box.
Also, since we are on the subject.... Learn how to do a breast self-exam. It won't help their looks at all, but it is not about saving just your breasts.

You can't exercise your boobs because they are just fat and mammary glands. You can however exercise the pectoral muscles around them. You can do push ups, and use two 15oz cans of canned food, put your arms straight out to your side shoulder height, and bring them together, 5 times and then down to your sides five time and repeat.....

I was reading a magazine, and it said that you put your palms together in front of you. (Like if you were praying), but as far from you as possible, so stretch your arms out with your palms together. Then, move both of your arms abart in a diaginal direction. Your shoulders should be tight with your shoulder blades close together in the back. When you get your arms as far away from each other as possible, hold for ten seconds, then slowly bring them back together and hold for another ten seconds. Repeat twenty four times. this will produce perkyier looking breasts.

hey,
wearing a bra helps alot to fight gravity although as you age things will losen up its just natural. The best thing you can do is stay in shape and exercise with a healthy diet.
Good luck,

You cant exercise your breasts, but you can do the chest press. It will build up the muscles of your chest.
Wear a bra! especially if you have large breasts.
site below shows how to do the chest press.

boobs are big pouches of fat that are supported by skin only... no muscles.
the only way to get them to not sag is to visit your local plastic surgeon

Work your chest muscles, either bench press or a pec machine, there are many ways to do it, you can also do push ups, this helps alot, trust me on this one!
