I heard it today at school. I don't have a dog so I am not sure. Is this ture?

No, it's not true. Dogs field of vision is much wider than ours. My dogs look up at me all the time without lifting their heads off of the floor.

truthfully, they are able to!!!!! I actual have watched my dogs Taz seem up at a squirrel severe in a tree and stick to it from tree to tree. It amazes me how he might understand the place this is, as quickly as I actual have overlooked it. Paulette

Mine can look up, she watches birds flying all of the time. Probably not straight up, but somewhat.

my dogs look up at me when they are lying down with their chin on the ground, so I don't think that is true.
