No, God promised to not destroy the earth again by a flood.

Gen 9:11 And I have established My covenant with you, and all flesh shall not be cut off again by the waters of a flood; nor shall there ever again be a flood to destroy the earth.
Gen 9:12 And God said, This is the sign of the covenant which I am about to make between Me and you, and every living soul which is with you, for everlasting generations:
Gen 9:13 I have set My bow in the cloud, and it shall be a sign of a covenant between Me and the earth.
Gen 9:14 And it will be when I gather the clouds on the earth, then the bow shall be seen in the clouds.
Gen 9:15 And I will remember My covenant which is between Me and you, and every living soul in all flesh. And the waters shall not again become a flood to destroy all flesh.

Next time it will by fire.

No, after God flooded the Earth the one time, "Noah's Ark", He cried because of what he had done. He swore he would never do such a thing again. The sins people are committing now, will be paid for when they die and go to hell, or if they repent of their sins and ask Jesus Christ to come into their lives

Genesis 9
11 Thus I establish My covenant with you: Never again shall all flesh be cut off by the waters of the flood; never again shall there be a flood to destroy the earth.”
12 And God said: “This is the sign of the covenant which I make between Me and you, and every living creature that is with you, for perpetual generations: 13 I set My rainbow in the cloud, and it shall be for the sign of the covenant between Me and the earth.

the book of Revelation describes the next removal of evil from the earth

There will NOT be another flood--the rainbow is our proof of God's promise not to destroy the wicked in that way again. At Armegeddon, the wicked will be destroyed, however. The Bible says it will be by fire this time. We know, however, that while the wicked will be destroyed and all of man's accomplishments along with them, the faithful followers of God will be preserved alive, just as they were in Noah's day. The Bible tells us that there are many more faithful that will survive than survived in Noah's day. Will you be among them??

The Bible says in Genesis 8:20-21, "Then Noah built an altar to the Lord. he took some of every kind of animal and every kind of bird and offered burnt offerings on the altar. When the Lord smelled the pleasing aroma, He said to Himself, I will never again curse the ground because of men, even though man's inclanation is evil from his youth. And I will never again strike down every living thing as I have done."

God promised (after the raining part of the flood) that He'd never destroy humanity by a flood ever again. He even sealed this covenant with a rainbow. Just like the one in your avatar!

No because in the Bible after the flood God stated He will not destroy the earth by water again, and the rainbow was His covenant.

Only people under the age of 11 or with an IQ of less than 10 believe the story of Noah and the flood.

Nope. God promised no more world floods.

Gen 9:8 Thus also said God to Noe, and to his sons with him:
Gen 9:9 Behold I will establish my covenant with you, and with your seed after you:
Gen 9:10 And with every living soul that is with you, as well in all birds, as in cattle and beasts of the earth, that are come forth out of the ark, and in all the beasts of the earth.
Gen 9:11 I will establish my covenant with you, and all flesh shall be no more destroyed with the waters of a flood, neither shall there be from henceforth a flood to waste the earth.
Gen 9:12 And God said: This is the sign of the covenant which I give between me and you, and to every living soul that is with you, for perpetual generations.
Gen 9:13 I will set my bow in the clouds, and it shall be the sign of a covenant between me and between the earth.
Gen 9:14 And when I shall cover the sky with clouds, my bow shall appear in the clouds:
Gen 9:15 And I will remember my covenant with you, and with every living soul that beareth flesh: and there shall no more be waters of a flood to destroy all flesh.
Gen 9:16 And the bow shall be in the clouds, and I shall see it, and shall remember the everlasting covenant, that was made between God and every living soul of all flesh which is upon the earth.
Gen 9:17 And God said to Noe: This shall be the sign of the covenant, which I have established, between me and all flesh upon the earth.

The next time the earth is destroyed (actually renovated) it will be by fire.

2Pe 3:10 But the day of the Lord shall come as a thief, in which the heavens shall pass away with great violence and the elements shall be melted with heat and the earth and the works which are in it shall be burnt up.
2Pe 3:11 Seeing then that all these things are to be dissolved, what manner of people ought you to be in holy conversation and godliness?
2Pe 3:12 Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of the Lord, by which the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with the burning heat?
2Pe 3:13 But we look for new heavens and a new earth according to his promises, in which justice dwelleth.

No, God promised in Genesis that He would not destroy the entire world by flood again. But God does still punish sin.
