Each and every person has free will to eat what and where they want. So I don't think you or anyone can tell someone they can only have one order of fries if they really want 2. But I do think your idea for a restaurant is a great one. There are a ton of health conscious people out there. And who knows, maybe other restaurants may start to put items on their menu that are BMI friendly.

How would you determine their BMI, quickly enough, that they do not need to wait a LONG time, before ordering. But, yeah, it's a good idea. But do not make it seem as "punishment"... market it as the fact that professionals decide what a person should eat for lunch/ dinner to promote optimum health.
