Nope. No conspiracy. Every legitimate scientist and engineer will tell you that planes loaded with fuel will destroy a building.

If you look at SOME of the evidence and visuals it is possible to see where people could come up with the conspiracy theories. For example the building collapsing on themselves, almost imploding, instead of collapsing at an angle or towards eachother. However, the type of steel/metal used inside the frame of the building was known for being a good conductor of heat so that helped in weakening the overall towers. The implode however is what people have trouble with. The thing is, when the frame heated up it caused a large amount of pressure to be on teh lower parts of the towers because of all the weight up top. Whtn the top gave way because of the superheated metal frame the weight collapsed on itself repeatedly. If you see, it actually took a few seconds for the entire tower to fall. If it had imploded it would ahve been much quicker and less messy. There are other theories revolving around the pentagon but you asked about the towers. So, in theory, its a thought that people that distrust the government have. However, there is much more evidence that proves otherwise. So, one of two things:1)the government thought of any and every incident that would happen and planned for it exactly or 2) it was an attack from outside. Its a choice each person has to make. The body count has nothing to do with it. There have been governments in the past that killed hundreds of thousands to get thigns done as well as in attacks on their homelands. The counts, sorry to say, are just a number. Sorry to the families of the victims but when it comes to explinations, they are just numbers. Just like explaining how many people died at Iwo Jima or on teh beaches of Normandy during WWII.

Sure it was. Why do you think Bush was not at the White House that day? Where was Cheney, cleverly hidden away. Why do you think that on a normal day, both towers would have had at least 25,000 people in them at that time of day, where were they? Many were warned that this was going to happen. Some never recieved the message (the peons). Some escaped before the collapse. The stairs were too narrow to allow a building of that size to fully evacuate a large amount of people in a short time.
Bush was inaugurated in January 2001. But his popularity was declining rapidly. The 9/11 action gave Bush his platform for re-election, because Social Security was too tough for him to resolve. No Child Left Behind was not a workable platform, as we are finding out. He was clueless about domestic economics, so that was out of the question. He's not good with speech. He had to do something quickly to turn around his ratings.

Plane goes into building, building falls then the next then the Pentagon then no word about the fourth plane heading for DC. All this was explained very vaguely, and now after five years memory starts to faint and new WTC complex is designed and ready to be built. This and many other things put conspiracy on the forefront.

A plane full of jet fuel, weakening the metal joices connecting the floors....if the engineer believe it was possible, then the average laymen like me also believes it. Only the fools who think FDR bombed Pearl Harbor, that aliens crashed at Roswell and that the US never landed on the moon believe in the 9/11 conspiracy. All the other rational people just roll their eyes at the people who are easily duped.

What's hard to grasp? Plane go boom, jet fuel burns, steel gets hot, steel gets weak, weight from the floors above cause steel to fail, building pancakes.
9/11 was not an inside job, get a life.

This question is superfluous, and has no real content or integrity. If it were an inside job, do you think we will really ever find out? If it was real, and not acted on by those who had inside info that something was going down, will we ever know that? It just doesn't matter. 3,000 people died for no reason, and that should matter. We should learn from 9-11, ALL of us, then move on.

as much as I want to say no, some of the evidence says differently. If this was a trial in a criminal court the defendants would have to be let go because of reasonable doubt.
I keep hoping and praying for someone to explain all the discrepancies but so far all I have is more questions.

I'm sick and tired of seeing you incompetent and ignorant
people think that 911 was an inside job. Wrong. It was an
Outside job by terrorists who flew 2 planes into the Twin
Towers and killed over 3000 of our innocent citizens. You
mar the memory of all of them by trying to blame it on your
own people. This was not their first attack. Do some homework
and see where and how their other attacks took place. I could
give them all to you but it takes up too much room for this
Yahoo answer service.

I wouldn't doubt that 911 was an inside job. Check out what else the U.S. has planned for us!...
