PLEASE be very careful with self-proclaiming diets that offer 300 lbs weight loss in two hours (ok, a slight exageration).
'Fast' diets simply cause muscle destruction and body fluid loss - any stupid diet can achieve that - bu it is dangerous!
Having said all that, if you eat properly and exercise moderately you should notice a difference. Nothing in excess though.
If you are interested in a diet based on your own metabolic rate and your probiotic relevance, contact me. I don't have the 'knowledge' myself, but I can put you on to a world authority on the subject (he knows teh world leading scientist in this field ... but I never told you that).
Have a great holiday!

Yes, it can...
My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.
On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.
The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!
Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.
Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.
Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

Hey,
You need to get on a diet and start getting in more exercise and make it a habit. In order to lose weight you must burn more calories then you eat.
So eat low calorie healthy meals and find a way to be active if its at the gym or out playing sports or walking with friends.
Also very important is motivation without it you will surely fail! you need to be motivated and dedicated in anything you do.
Success is a habit!

2 weeks isn't sufficient time to loose fairly some weight in a healthful way and save it off. use the oldest tricks interior the e book, weight-alleviation plan and workout and you should work out leads to a pair of month to 2. the only way you could loose weight in 2 weeks is that in case you chop back off your arm, which im particular you dont pick to do :)

Define noticeable. If you lose 10 pounds, it will be slightly noticeable more so if you are really overweight. If you want to look like Arnold, there is no real way to do that in two weeks.

It can.
But it will probably have a bigger emotional effect than physical that early on. Yeah, you might lose some of those pesky pounds, but you should also feel much better. You should feel healthier, and happier, which will also be noticable.
Good luck, and enjoy your holiday. :)

Yes, sure you can do really well. Be sure to not eat much at night, this is the time that's dangerous! During the day we work it off, but at night we settle in, so it doesn't get burned off.
