no fatty foods,no resalty foods,beans,spicey,thats what i couldn't eat for a couple of weeks.

You need to get on a diet and start getting in more exercise and make it a habit. In order to lose weight you must burn more calories then you eat.

So eat low calorie healthy meals and find a way to be active if its at the gym or out playing sports or walking with friends.

Also very important is motivation without it you will surely fail! you need to be motivated and dedicated in anything you do.

I had my gallbladder out and didn't change my diet and I felt fine and have had no problems since. This, of course, is probably the exception to the rule....
