View html in outloook express?

in the security settings i have unchecked the block images ......
I still can' t view the blocked pictures

Try going to tools and options and then click on the "Read" tab. Check to see if you've got a check in the box that says "Read All Messages In Plain Text". If so, uncheck it. That might do the trick.
