Scoliosis is a curvature of the spine, yours must be affecting the alignment of your sholders. I have a minor curvature and my son does too. The orthopedic doctor said they usually don't do anything if the curvature is less than 5%. Sometimes, if you are still growing a special brace can be used along with special exercises to strengthen the muscles in the back to help you grow straighter.

If the curvature is really severe surgery may be necessary

It really depends on the degree of curve and the type of scoliosis. I would talk to your doctor and have x-rays done. This will give you a better starting point.

i have scoliosis too... mine is like 70 degrees. and yep its pushing my shoulder out too. and its starting to look so obvious.
but im doing the surgery in 3 months because mine is terrible.
but sometimes it can be fixed by braces, depends on the degree. u need to see a doctor if u havent already seen one.
good luck

Depends on your age and how severe the curve is. My daughter had back surgery 2 years ago to correct it. Her curve was at 45degrees by the age of 14. She now has 2 rods along both sides of her spine and is doing great. No restrictions and her self confidence went through the roof. Scary surgery but well worth it for her happiness.

. .depends on the severity. If only slight, maybe you shouldn't do anything. If it was a chiropractor giving you the diagnosis go see a specialist.
