Who do you think has the best hair style and haircolor? 4 haircolor i would say ashlee simpson when she had it balck, Hilary duff right now her haircolor, christina agulaira when it was black blonde and red lindsay lohan in black or red she looked good in, and kelly in her black blonde red streaked hair and she also looks good in blonde.
