if someone asked me what i ate yesterday i would have to think real hard, what vitamins are good to fix such problem or should i consult a doctor?

maybe you should start remembering phone numbers or just some things like what comes on TV at what time and channel and train your brain to remember like that. after a while you will find your brain will remember more and more.
but maybe you only forget the things that are not important to you and you don't really care about. think about that.

I have th e same thing some times like i cant remember what i am watching on tv and then soon remember or somthing on the lines like that But i dont think that it has anythig to do with vitamins

Take a healthy dose of a daily mulitvitamin, and Ginko Biloba works really well too. If you don't have much fish in your diet try taking an Omega gelcap... it has alot of fish oils that are proven to help your mind, muscles, and joints. Hope this helps!!

it's normal. specially if you'r middle age. I can't had two days ago. But I can remember clearly, when President Kennedy was shot!!! i was in Fort Ord, in training!!

My friend used to take ginko tablets to help her memory...
...of course, she had an awful time remembering to take them.
