get up early in the morning, work out some or go for walks out side fresh air is always good, shower and then lay on the couch watch some tv. Good luck i hope it wirks

I have a cup of hot tea. Usually Tension Tamer from Celestial Seasonings. Or Sleepytime from the same company.

A great way is to go back to the basics. Remember when you were a kid and you have a bedtime routine? It's basically the same thing. When you follow a routine it prepares your body to go to sleep and there will be less restlessness.

do not drink sodas, coffee, teas or any high energy drinks or eat anything with lots sugar, honey etc. watch TV a little and grab a good book and you will drift off to dreamland---sex is good too.

i like to drink a nice warm glass of milk and then read a couple chapters in a book until you feel tired and then think about it while trying to fall asleep

jogging is good. It drains your energy. After you run a warm shower or bath also relaxes the muscles.

try deep breathing as you're lying in bed, or an old folk remedy is honey and apple cider vinegar- 1 TBLSP every hour until you become sleepy
