There have not been Federal rebates since 2001. Some states have done so and some such as Oregon are considering do that this year. You may need to clarify what rebate check you are referring to.

As far as I know there are no rebate checks due.

I think the Democrats stopped all that getting taxes back nonsense. I think we should be giving them more taxes soon and expecting less back.
The French have it right. Many taxpayers there pay over 100% of their income in taxes to the government.
That's the kind of socialism the United States is heading towards.
