call the animal shelter. and hurry... =] what a horrible person! she could go to jail for that! try calling the apl (animal protection league) look it up in your phone book.... yeeeikes!

hmmmmm..... try taking a fake stuffed cat and fill it with nails. put the fake cat in the street in front of her driveway. then when she tries to run over it she will get a flat tire and wont be able to run over cats anymore.

you can give her my pet bird.
-----to run over.

just kidding =]

you need to report her to your local animal shelter. A lot of police departments don't take animal cruelty seriously but it is serious! The shelter will take you seriously and will give you the appropriate steps to take. You should let her know that she could face animal cruelty charges if she gets caught trying to run the cats over. Also maybe this woman needs some mental help if she is like this with kids and people too. See if you can get the neighbors together to form a support group to elimanate this problem with a peaceful, nonviolent solution!

Do you live in an area where it gets below freezing in the wintertime? Sometimes people mysteriously develop frozen water puddles immediately outside their doors and on their concrete steps. Sometimes they do a Humpty Dumpty and take a great fall.

[People, don't go messing with the cats! It's hazardous to your health!]

* The police can always do something. They just choose not to. However, if she's the one starting it, why not fight back a little bit? Fork her yard, ring her doorbell and run before she can answer it, etc. Give her a taste of her own medicine.

Go (hypothetically) kick 64 year old butt!

haha. all you have to do is let her throw an egg at a kid and then make a claim. if she tries to hit them but fails you have no physical evidence really, but if you'd let her hit one with witnesses present, something can be done. however, the only slight problem is i wouldn't recomend sacrificing your kid to a 64 year old angry women and her egg. it could get ugly. lol. maybe you could catch her doing something else, like driving her car toward a cat.

, then you have evidencetry to snap a picture of her doing this, or if you have a video camera set it out and film her doing it, then take it to either the police, spca in your area or turn it over to your local newspaper or tv news. maybe if legally nothing can be done, you sure can embarrass her so she will stop. if she attempts and succeeds in animal cruelty then you have evidence that she was doing it on purpose, and then she is in trouble for sure...they can even put her in jail for that, it is against the law in all states....

Sedate her, dress her up like a cat and run her over with a Big Wheel.

Get a camera and video tape her doing it. Take it to your local police. They won't believe you unless you have proof.
