Try slowing down a bit.. stress can cause memory issues. If you think it's a medical condition, please see a physician.

A couple of things here. First, was there a recent accident or something like a blunt or trauma in anyway to your head. If so then contact immediate medical attention. It sounds like you just need a break a day or two of sleep. Also add some vitamins like a multi vitamin will do. There are also supplements that you can take that will help you such as Q10, Ginkgo Bi-bola, Echineasia are just a few to start with eating correctly is another thing that can attribute to you loss in your memory. Just do these things but more important than any of that is contact your primary care doctor and see him and tell him what has been going on. I wish you luck and hang in there everything will be OK.

You are so young so I really can`t understand why all these things are happening to you. Have you been under alot of pressure on the job, friends, boyfriend, family. I would suggest that you go to your doctor and tell him all and about your memory lapse too. Good Luck to you...You may have depression....

List all of your symptoms and see a doctor. could be a chemical imbalance. Probably not something serious, but don't take chances. The longer the wait the more the risk.
