Sweden is in Central European Time which is 6 hours ahead of Eastern. It is currently 2:19 a.m. there (as of 8:19 p.m. eastern time).

Eastern Standard Time is 5 hours behind Greenwich Mean Time and Sweden follows Central European Time which is 1 hour ahead of GMT so add 6 hours to your time
