Yeah, that's right... what if your entire belief system is nothing but a great big test to see if you're capable of maturing past the point of dogmatic thinking? What if the Bible is just God's way of screwing with your heads? Maybe Christianity is nothing more than God's way of filtering out all the dullards who aren't enlightened enough to see through his little test? Maybe he's only going to reward those of us who figure out right and wrong on our own. For all you know, he's laughing his butt off everytime one of you jacktards cuts and pastes a big long passage of scripture from a storybook (which I know a bunch of you can't wait to do!)
"Ha, ha, ha" He's probably thinking, "another Christian fool who couldnt figure it out. Oh *me*, where did I go wrong?" He's probably saying, "thank *myself*, because I'm weeding out all the simpleminded morons I made! Now I'll only be surrounded by my wonderful, intelligent atheist children for all of eternity."

I am totally serious, and I think this question is no more mean and spiteful than wiping out a 150 thousand innocent people with a tidle wave, which it seems was God's latest mind game.

My question is simply meant to show the absurdity in having blind faith in anything. It's no more rediculous that an all powerful being granting a human being a wonderful life of happiness, love and prosperity, giving that same human being the power of free will, and then damning that human being for all eternity for making a mistake in their thinking.

There is a flaw in your reasoning. If God appeared and declared anything that would be total proof that he does exist. If he exists then he will reward those that believe in him not those that think he is a bag of garbage. After all do you or any one you know reward or associate with those who despise you and don’t believe in what you tell them or do you associate more with those that think you are a great or ok person.

If that were to be true, then I guess you atheists would get to have the last laugh, however would it be in a place with a being whom you claim to not exist?
I gather from your logic that you at least believe in God, yet have not learned of the love of Jesus and His sacrifice made for all humankind. Maybe you should find out a little more about the conditions in Hell before you completely dismiss God's plan for the ones that forsake His name and dare mock Him.
Good luck whichever way you go!

i in my view hate seeing christians asserting issues like this. It makes me indignant and unhappy on the comparable time. whilst i became a sparkling born christian I had an elder interior the church question my salvation and say rather plenty the comparable ingredient you're asserting now. i in my view do not see the useful value in christians doing that to a minimum of one yet another or to somebody who became in the past following Jesus and christianity. you should understand that guy won't be in a position to work out what's interior the heart of yet another, yet God can. And God ought to be the only one that ought to question the place yet another persons heart is at. i like and understand you NCWJ yet these days a number of your questions have quite been scraping the backside of the barrel. i'm commencing to contemplate whether I had the incorrect thought approximately you and is this the real you?

Yeah we can go copy and paste something back to you, but how sad it is that you wasted your time typing out such nonsense. Blashpemy is such a terrible, terrible sin. I'll pray for your lost soul. The devil has obviously used his lying, scheming, ways to make you believe that there is no God or Heaven. Wow...i would love to see the look on your face when Jesus comes back for His people.

Okay, this is officially my favorite question of all time off this forum.
First of all, the idea of God saying "Psych!" is just funny because he's always portrayed as "thou are blah blah".
Second of all the fact that this question is one of the most interesting I have ever seen.
Not to mention the responses you are getting! I mean come on people, its just a question, don't get offended! He's not seriously saying you won't get into heaven, he's just thinking outside the box!
Oh and if this was actually true, I would laugh at the irony of it all.

What if instead of asking ignorant questions, you spent more time worrying about something important. Just because you do not believe it does not negate it. Anyway, why not find some nice satanist to play cards with and leavethe atheists and agnostics who have intelligent thoughts here to debate with the Christians on bigger issues.

You are funny... you know that?
Basically God would be telling ust that it is dumb to believe that there is an "intelligent being" that created the whole universe... not only that, but it would mean He is not perfect, because the whole Bible would be a great big lie.
I hope you are joking... if not, you need serious help.

Wow, you are an angry individual. Anyone who thinks they have all the answers usually doesn't have a clue. I've attempted to talk rationally with people like you; it's usually more productive to shoot my foot with a nail gun. Please don't answer any of my questions in the future (like chiropractor license plate). I liked you're list of websites- talk about scams. These "organizations" consist of a handful of individuals financially hurt when people aren't constantly drugged or cut open. Wherever you got your "information" about chiropractic is clearly a poor source. Anyway, find a healthy outlet for your rage.
Yours in health, Dr. J.

Well said, here's a quote that I think sums it up well:
"It is an insult to God to believe in God. For on the one hand it is to suppose that he has perpetrated acts of incalculable cruelty. On the other hand, it is to suppose that he has perversely given his human creatures an instrument--their intellect--which must inevitably lead them, if they are dispassionate and honest, to deny his existence. It is tempting to conclude that if he exists, it is the atheists and agnostics that he loves best, among those with any pretensions to education. For they are the ones who have taken him most seriously."

I would totally be ticked off if that happened. I try not to be one of those annoying Christians, but I do believe in God. If he said I couldn't go with him, I would have some serious anger management issues! LOL
