If i uninstall Windos 98 from my computer and than if I install WINDOX XP my computer it still is going to work??

It will.. just make sure your is a good P2 or higher..

you don't need to uninstall windows 98. all you need to do is pop in the windows xp cd, make sure you have the computer set to boot off cd first, then restart the computer and the xp installation will take you through formatting your "C" drive. Just continue with installation and wa-la. Hope this helps.

*also, this will only work if your computer hardware is enough to support running xp.*

it may infact not...most of these people are ignoring that some cards and computer components arent digitally signed regardless of cpu speed and may also not have the drivers for xp...tv out cards are a perfect example. check the manufacturers webiste for specfics to your computer and make sure you have a....l....l.... the drivers. driverguide.com is free and helpful though the spam avoidance is a bit annoying

yes of course, but if your pc is old (i.e. less than 450 MHz processor and less than 256 MB Ram ) it will be very slow
