Is it really true they will be stuck in 'Limbo' when they passover or is that just a scare story to get us to into church?

no there is not one ounce of truth in this
so your child as not being christened
this does not make a child any less , intelligent,
loving
considerate
happy
a child who as not been christened as just as much chances to gain in life as a child who as been christened
and when there passover there will go were every child goes heaven

Actually, the whole concept of "original sin" is what made me question Christianity. I searched for an answer for 5 years, but did not find one. What kind of just and merciful God would punish an innocent for something that an ancient ancestor did years ago?

Scare story. There is no mention of Limbo in the bible, so they can't back it up with that.

Little children are innocent before the age of accountability and that is usually considered to be around age eight. That is when it is necessary to be baptized and it is by whole body immersion in the way Jesus was baptized.

It's just different dogma. In catholic and some other religions newborns are baptised to ensure they will go to heaven. However in some christian faiths no one is baptised of immersed until they make the choice to accept Jesus themselves. It's all really your own personal feeling, and a lot of dogma.

that is just "one" of the many horse **** stories that the churches lay on people to take complete control of them. do you believe in Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny too?... Use your head dear...do you really think that the punishment is equal to the infraction?...Is this a God of Love...? This is the invention of very sick men...Stay away from organized Religion.... there is very little in it for a person that wishes to develop real moral substance...and NEVER...expose your children to it...EVER...better a millstone be tied around your's and their neck...

Oh no, it's soooo tragic how someone will be very offended by what I just typed.

Hey, I'm just expressing my views. Freedom of Speech FTW.
