Don't get discouraged, my Mac using friend. The keyboard shortcuts are as follows: (The Apple [ ] key is known in the Mac world as the "Command" key, for future reference.) Command+X is for cutting, Command+C is for copying and Command+X is for pasting. Also, for future reference, if you are not using a two button mouse, you can press the Control key as you click to act as a right-click. Also, you can purchase a two button mouse for use with the Macintosh. All USB mice work with Mac. Apple even has it's own nifty multi-button mouse, called Mighty Mouse. You can find it at the Apple Store online. You'll find that as you learn the different keyboard shortcuts, life becomes a little easier. Here's a few more: Command+Q will quit the current program. Command+W will close the current window. Command+S is for saving files. Command+P is for printing. Command+O is for opening files. Command+N will open a new browser window in Safari.

Control - click is the same as right - click. It will enable the contextual menu for cut and paste, but Command - C and Command - V are really more efficient.
