Since there were some questions about the last question...
theres this guy, ive only known him about 2 weeks. He's my good friend's good friend. he asks me to go out with him and his friends a few times... talks to me on aim everyday, a lil flirting here and there... but he doesn't call me on the phone to chat unless hes drunk. When hes drunk and calls, hes not talking about sex/or trying to get sex.. he talks about nothing/random stuff and just chats...which leads me to think that hes just shy... i dunno. Is he trying to pursue me or is he just trying to get in my pants?

It definitely doesn't sound like he just wants to get with you. He probably likes you as more than a friend but wants to make sure you like him back before he acts on anything. So yes, I guess you could say he's a little shy. But, that's a good thing. If he's not shy then he's probably full of himself, and has rarely or never heard the word no. He sounds really sweet. If you like him back, drop a few hints. He'll come around soon enough. PS- don't be scared to show you like him. at the very least he thinks of you as a good friend and would not embarrass you. You must really like this guy! Maybe he is really shy, but getting drunk and calling a woman is not he best way to her heart if you know what I mean. we all like men that want to do more than have sex, but being sober would be nice once in while don't ya think. My dear, ever hear the old phrase "liquid courage"? It was meant to for somebody who only appeared to have bravory when they got boozed up!! Churchill had the same name given to him by the Germans during WW TWO because he drank alot and his country was about to be over run! However, your guy may be scared of girls and need beer bravory to talk to you ? Maybe he's inexperienced?? If he was a sex maniac - I doubt he would want to get hammered first! If he was a pig, he would be rude to you when drunk!! But if he is a drunk, you don't need HIM !! That's a fact!!!! Take my advice- please!

well...he does like you and maybe he is shy and maybe he might want to get into your pants...the one thing that i would suggest (if he keeps calling at night and drunk-and it bothers you) let him know that you really like talking to him but you would rather talk to him when he is solber and at a decent hour...maybe ask him for his number so he knows how interested you are in him and it doesnt really seem like he wants to get into your pants otherwise he would have hinted about that on the phone when hes drunk cause **** usually comes out when drinking...

ultimately, all men just want to get in your pants. no friendship...just sex. some guys will do the friend / girlfriend thing to get sex, but have no doubt, they just want sex.
my guess...this guy wants to get into your pants, but he wants you to initiate it. he is calling you to see if you will flirt with him and lead to something else. he would not have the balls to do that unless he was a bit tipsy...
you are right that he is shy, he is just shy in not telling you what he really wants...just ask him... oh yes, he may just say stuff to get you to think that he is interested in you so you will give him sex...im sorry...

he's a guy...this means he wants to get into your pants. its just a male thing..they think with the head between their legs and not the one on their shoulders.
he may be genuinly interested in you though, but if he wont make a move when hes sober, then its going to be hard to get anywhere with him.
