You can freeze cheesecake for a very long time but if you still want it to taste like it's still fresh, then wrap the cheesecake very good and only keep frozen for a month, no longer. Make sure the cheesecake is completely cooled before freezing and it will retain the best quality.

You can freeze them for all eternity, but as for how long they are edible, about 6 months is the max.

at least 6 months but up to a year if you have a deep freezer.
and you need to wrap it in saran wrap and then foil and than a big zip lock bag with it sealed I did that with my wedding cake and you could not tell the difference.
