I am going through the evil Mother-in-law issue now,
I had to sit with her privately and confront her about the
issue and if she wants to continue to be apart of our lives
she needs to but out and stop insulting me and hurting me
with every comments. It will work for a while, and then you will start all over again. Many Nights I wished she drop dead, but my mother in law is a kicker and she will live to be 100. Be patient
its in a higher powers hands, keep praying....

Get a life and instead of thinking about killing your mother-in-law, contemplate the meaning of life. If have enough time to make plans to kill her, you could be spending that time to do community service or something. That's what you'll be doing after you kill her anyway, so why don't you just get a head start?

You are not the only person in the world with this problem. Here's a suggestion. Call her up every day and start talking to her about your day. Tell her every single, teeny, tiny detail. She'll get so sick of you calling that maybe she'll stay out of your business and leave you alone.

Get her to start smoking, drinking and feed her a diet high in fat, sugar, processed white flour and sugar. Then...wait a decade or so.

you know the only person you can change is yourself, so you have to look at in a different prospective, stop thinking you hate everything about her, just try and deal with her, haven't you heard of killing a person with kindness, it works, and it helps you also, try it, it will take a lot of pressure of you, and your relationship.
