Not exactly a quick survey, but if I had to summerize very briefly.
Who is God? The creator of the Heavens and the earth, among many other things.
2 What is my purpose on earth? To please and Glorify God.
3 What will happen when I die? To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.

1. God is a loving parent who did the best He could, but like many good parents, His children completely missed the point.
2. My purpose is to serve my fellow human beings and to do my part in making their time here a better place. It is not to spread hate by perverting the word of God to fit my social or political agenda.
3. From dust I was made, and to dust I shall return. That which is me will find eternal life in the lives I have impacted during my time here.

1. God has revealed Himself to mankind as the Living God of Heaven who is holy, righteous, perfect, eternal, omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipresent. He is God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit and although we cannot comprehend how there can be one God but three persons in the godhead that is how He has shown Himself to us.
2. As a Christian my purpose here on earth is to love God with all of my heart, soul, mind, and strength and to perform every good deed that He has prepared in advance for me to do.
3. If Jesus returns before I die, then I will never suffer physical death. If I do experience a physical death before His return then I will go to be with Jesus in the Heavenly realm until it is time for the first resurrection at which time my body will be resurrected and transformed into a glorious eternal body and I will live in the presence of God where there is fullness of joy and pleasures forever more.

1. God is the creator, the arranger, the most merciful, the just. . .. I could go on
2. Our purpose on earth is to glorify God. All that we do should be with it in mind that we do this for God.
3. I will face judgement, same as everyone. I will be cleansed of my sins, and if judged a believer, will enter paradise.

2.My purpose on this earth is to know, love, and serve God.
3. When I die there will be the particular judgement. It will be decided as to where I will spend eternity based on my faith and my life following Christ. I have reservations for Heaven.

Who is God? = Our Spiritial Father in Heaven
What is Your Purpose on earth? = to gain a Physical body and learn how to makes choices
What will happen when you Die? = your spirit and body will seperate for a season. then on judgement day you will be judged and assigned a place dependent on the life you led.

God is the creator of everything and everyone you know.
To love God and His Son
When I die, since I believe that Christ died for my sins to get to the Father, I will go to heaven and praise God and be with God like He said.

My purpose in life is to be obedient to God so I can be blessed.
