Eat what you like in moderation and at more sittings during the day, example, 5 small meals rather than 3 big ones and eat nothing past 6:00 PM as going to bed with a full stomach adds TONNAGE. Walk rather than drive to store and use stairs more than elevators etcetera. Drink water or juice when you feel peckish and throw away all potatoe chips and junk foods. You will win bigtime.

My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.
On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.
The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!
Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.
Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.
Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

losing weight is never easy.but, you can do it! it is never a good idea to loose weight too fast, because you will gain it back.eating a sensible diet and drinking at least 64 oz of water a day. eating 5-6 mini meals a day will help you loose weight , 2 proteins ,2 starches(light starches) 1 dairy ,3 fresh vegetable and 3 fresh fruits a day.avoid canned veggies they are high in sodium and lower in nutritional value.use fresh or fresh frozen.splitting up your foods to eating 5-6 times a day is the healthiest way to loose weight and kee it off.also, incorporate some exercise in at least 3 times a week.also, avoid foods high in sodium. i am a weight loss counselor and this is what i do everyday,i see ladies all day long losing weight.it is a lifestyle change .

Drink about 7 pots of Coffee per day, do not eat for 3 days, yet drink a lot of water and run like really fast, back and fourth to the coffee shop that is 7 trips per day for 3 days. If you feel weak of dizzy run really fast to the ER , the point here is there is no fast way to loose weight safely.

the real way to lose weight is to control your portions and of course what you actually eat. and sit-ups are great!!
and if you are looking for some good but healthy snacks the 100 calorie packs are really good! especially the chips ahoy kind. you wouldnt know that their "diet food"
another good way to lose weight is to simply cut down the carbs!
chewing slowly and drinking lots of water is great and easy ways to help lose weight

Well it all depends on your goal. Is your goal to lose fat or gain muscle? You can easily enlist yourself into a weight training program, and do aerobics to lose fat, and pack on some muscle. You just have to be very careful not to get pulled into an eating disorder. Good luck!
