She looks at me in class, and she is always smiling at me. i really like her. like today she was smiling at me. there is this homecoming dance coming up and i wanted to ask her out but i feel like she is going to reject me and start making fun of me what do i do.

If she looks at you and smile then doesn't that mean something? that maybe she's kind of interested. if she doesn't like you then why is she looking at you then? So go on and give her a try. It's better to at least try then just wait until it's too late. if that doesn't work out then move on!

Keep telling yourself these important facts:
1) your obviously a teenager and still in high school, chances are even if you two do hit if off, you will probably last no longer than your senior year, so don't stress out, enjoy the chase, take the lumps that all rlationships bring, but don't get over whelmed by being "IN LOVE"
2) You will probably sever see most of these people after high school anyway so what do you care if they don't love you or like you too much. Hone your coversational skills, show genuine interest in the other person (not just in their body), be a friend then a boyfriend
3) there are attractive, intelligent, and wonderful girls everywhere, if this one is'nt it, find another

oh dude, I know how you feel. There is this guy who sits in front of me in class and he is sooo cute!!! But I don't know how he feels about me. I'm not the best looking girl in class but... But i don't know what he would do if i said that i liked him. But i can't get him off my mind!!!!
I think that I am going to go for it, who cares what happens. You should too. I mean if it all goes wrong, they will forget about it eventually.
