The Spanish were also their ancestors...distant past. What happened to their Indian ancestors happened in Southern Mexico and Central America and were not done by Americans or Anglos. It was done by some of their ancestors to other of their ancestors and had nothing whatsoever to do with any of us in the much later and much further North. In addition, they are claiming the baggage of the North American Indians as well, such as small pox and all the other usual propoganda. Everyone has conquerers and conquered in their family histories. These people are no different EXCEPT they are trying to rewrite history to justify their racism. Here's one example of many.

Well, you yourself are giving an excellent example of it. You are obviously racist and not taking responsibility for your own attitudes and behavior toward this group. So it is not only the Spanish Conquistadors,, but then it was the WASP's who took their land because of the greed of President Polk.. yes,, it was a war, a land grab war and not one that was justified nor in defense of any wrongs done by the Spanish that then owned west of the Mississippi, the states of Colorado, Nevada, California, Arizona, New Mexico, all Spanish names. Indeed, the West was won by Anglos (English speakers), so it is you that is spouting propaganda.
You may be right that everyone has conquerors. If everyone has conquerors, your time is coming soon to be conquered,, cuz what goes around comes around, my lady. Will it be be Muslims that conquer us?

If you have ever been to Mexico, and its obvious you haven't, they don't like the Spanish either! Many Spanish came to Mexico during the Spanish civil war and they were not very welcomed because of what happened in the past.....Don't believe everything you read....Do some research yourself and figure it out, don't assume anything...There is a lot of hype here...
