Sounds to me like the choice is already made...come on if someone can't decide that they like you then they don't...thats all there is to it. What do you do? You find someone that does like you. This is a no brainer! Seriously, what were you considering doing in the alternative? Sitting around like a dog tied to a tree and spend your life waiting to see if he's going to stop by and pet you or not?

If you take of your underwear he is gonna love you if not soon or later he is gonna go away anyway. Friend is not to like or not is just real commitment to help each other. You mess up friendship with hunger for men.
