Where I live there's no cookie dough for sale, but after watching several TV shows where people eat cookie dough out of the freezer I'm curious to taste it.
Somebody told me it's a bit different then the normal cookie dough to bake cookies, so can you tell me some recipes and after mixing is it ready to eat or you have to freeze it first?
Thanks for the help?

The cookie dough delight recipe is great for those of us who love cookie dough! This recipe does not have eggs in it so there is no fear of eating as much as you want. They do not get an easier than this one!

Ingredients

2 sticks (1 cup) salted butter, softened
1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon water
6 ounces (1 cup) mini chocolate chips

Hardware
Large bowl
Freezer bag
Mixer

Step 1: In a large bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar with an electric mixer set on medium high speed for 30 seconds.
Step 2: Stir in the rest of the ingredients.
Step 3: Roll dough into 1-inch size balls and freeze for 30 minutes.
Step 4: Store balls in plastic zip type bag in freezer. When ready to eat, let stand at room temperature for 5 minutes.

Makes about 4 dozen balls.

JUST MIX YOUR FAVORITE COOKIE DOUGH AND CHILL IT! THEN DO WHAT YOU WANT WITH IT!
MY KIDS WENT THRU THAT STAGE OF RAW COOKIE DOUGH AND ICE CREAM! HAHA
I PREFER TO PLACE IT IN A 13X9 BAKING PAN AND BAKE AS DIRECTED. LET IT COOL AND FILL IT WITH YOUR FAVORITE CHEESECAKE MIX AND THEN FOLLOW THOSE DIRECTIONS! IT IS QUITE YUMMY!
