my boyfriend says there is no problem if he rents with other women a flat in London but I feel very uncomfortable ,,, we live at the moment in different countries ,,, too complicated

No. At some point, there will be an attraction. It's primal between men and women. Men are visual creatures, thus the success of Playboy magazine, and they seem to be easily aroused by sight. Also, they don't seem to be real selective about their choices at times. In your case, obviously it is causing you a great deal of stress and perhaps mistrust. If he cares for you, why would he choose to do something that would cause you anxiety. Ask him if it's ok for you to rent an apartment with other men...put the shoe on the other foot and take care of yourself emotionally. I can tell you in my experience, and I'm way past the boyfriend stage of life, there are few men in this world who truly care about the consequences of their actions in a relationship, so take care of yourself...you'll be glad that you did!

I live with 2 male roommates and I feel nothing for them. Just watch the show Threes company. There was nothing going on between the 2 females of the show with Jack Tripper.
